Empowering Communities, Spreading Hope

Light of the Nations is a compassionate organization dedicated to making a significant impact on the lives of those affected by poverty and adversity in Guatemala, Haiti, and Africa. Established over 37 years ago, our mission focuses on providing vital services including education, medical care, food, water, and shelter, complemented by spiritual support through our diverse ministries. In Guatemala, our efforts are manifested through strong partnerships that support churches, outreach programs, schools, and medical services. One such collaboration is with the sole nursing home in the region, a sanctuary for the elderly who otherwise face the grim prospect of life on the streets. Our recent endeavors include the successful drilling of a well, a milestone made possible by generous donations, ensuring the residents have access to life-sustaining water in a safe, healthy, and peaceful environment.

Our commitment to making a difference stretches beyond national borders, as exemplified by our partnership with the Children’s Charity Project in Africa. Light of the Nations joined forces with this established initiative to lend support and amplify its impact. Each of our initiatives is carefully designed to meet the distinct needs of the communities we serve, aiming not only to provide immediate aid but also to encourage long-term, sustainable growth.
